1. Website purpose

AFFINEX Network is an iGaming affiliate recruitment and partner-management platform. AFFINEX is not presented as the underlying casino operator. Details of the underlying platform may be disclosed only to approved partners after onboarding.

2. Applications

• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, account creation, platform access, commissions or partner status.
• Users must provide accurate information and meet all eligibility, legal-age, jurisdiction and compliance requirements.
• AFFINEX may review, request verification, reject, suspend or terminate applications and accounts subject to applicable law.

3. Demo data

The website may display demo dashboards, demonstration player counts, deposits, Net Revenue, commissions and graphs. These figures are illustrative, may change automatically for demonstration purposes, are not actual affiliate results unless expressly stated and do not guarantee earnings.

4. Third-party providers and links

• The website may reference game providers such as Pragmatic, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, BGaming, NetEnt, Novomatic and others for neutral informational purposes.
• Provider references do not imply ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, official affiliation or direct partnership unless AFFINEX expressly confirms it.
• AFFINEX may link to official provider websites, Instagram, Telegram, email, payment-provider sites and other third-party services. Third-party sites are controlled by their own operators and terms.

5. Age and jurisdiction

The website is intended for adults only. AFFINEX is 18+ only, and a higher local legal age such as 21+ applies where required. Users are responsible for complying with local laws, and AFFINEX does not represent that iGaming affiliate activity or online casino participation is lawful in every location.

6. Acceptable use

Users must not hack, scrape, abuse forms, use unauthorized automated access, introduce malware, reverse engineer where lawfully restricted, impersonate others, phish, submit fraudulent applications, attempt unauthorized admin or agent-portal access, attempt privilege escalation or interfere with website security.

7. Agent and admin portal

Portal access is approval-based and role-based. Authentication through email/password, Google or Apple does not by itself create Affiliate status or grant Admin/Super Admin privileges. Users must protect credentials, comply with MFA and session-security requirements and must not attempt to gain privileges not granted to them.

8. AI assistant

AFFINEX may offer an AI support assistant. AI responses are informational, may contain mistakes and are not legal, financial, regulatory or tax advice. Unclear or sensitive questions may be escalated to human support. Conversations may be retained and processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The AFFINEX logo, brand identity, website design, text, graphics, proprietary materials, marketing assets, software and interface are protected by intellectual-property rights owned by AFFINEX or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

10. Liability and changes

• Subject to mandatory law, AFFINEX limits liability arising from website use, third-party links, technical errors, service interruptions, inaccurate user submissions, external authentication providers, analytics tools and AI-support outputs.
• AFFINEX may update website terms, functionality, content, eligibility requirements and public pages subject to applicable notice and legal requirements.
