- Applicants must meet the minimum legal age applicable in their jurisdiction. AFFINEX is 18+ only, and a higher local legal age such as 21+ applies where required.
- Applicants must be legally permitted to participate in affiliate, agent, referral, marketing or iGaming-related activity in their country, region and target markets.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. AFFINEX may accept, reject, request additional verification, pause or decline an application subject to applicable law.
- Approved partner status is personal to the approved applicant or approved business and may not be transferred without AFFINEX’s written approval.
Applicants must provide complete, truthful and accurate information. AFFINEX may suspend, reject or terminate access where materially false, misleading or fraudulent information is supplied.
- Prohibited application issues include impersonation, inaccurate age, incorrect country or market information, fraudulent identities, misleading audience claims, duplicate applications and concealed prior restrictions.
- AFFINEX may request additional verification where necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, security, payment administration or market eligibility review.
- Standard new affiliates begin at 10% commission unless AFFINEX agrees otherwise in writing or through an approved account record.
- Commission rates may be reviewed based on factors such as net revenue, deposits, player activity, player volume, quality of traffic, compliance record and overall network performance.
- Higher commission rates, special campaigns and bespoke commercial terms are discretionary unless expressly agreed otherwise in a written or recorded AFFINEX-approved arrangement.
- Public website content, demo examples or marketing materials do not guarantee any future commission percentage, income level or rate increase.
Unless a separate AFFINEX-approved agreement states otherwise, commissions are calculated by reference to verified reporting from the underlying platform and applicable partner records.
- Net Revenue may account for player deposits, withdrawals, player winnings, player losses, bonuses, promotional credits, refunds, chargebacks, void or cancelled transactions, fraudulent activity, payment-processing issues, platform fees, corrections, game/provider adjustments and other genuine platform adjustments.
- AFFINEX may correct genuine reporting, tracking or calculation errors and may rely on final verified platform records where temporary dashboard values differ from final records.
- Commission is payable only on eligible, valid, tracked and verified activity that complies with these Terms, applicable law and platform rules.
AFFINEX intends to operate a No Negative Carryover model. If a monthly commission period closes in a negative Net Revenue position because referred players’ winnings, adjustments or deductions exceed positive activity for that period, the affiliate does not owe AFFINEX the negative amount and that negative balance is not carried into the next monthly commission period. The following monthly commission period starts from €0 for commission-calculation purposes, subject to fraud, chargeback, abuse, correction and compliance adjustments permitted by these Terms.
- Commissions are intended to be calculated and settled monthly after platform reporting, verification and compliance checks.
- Payment timing may vary because of reporting delays, payment-method availability, banking or payment-provider delays, identity or compliance checks, fraud/security review, technical issues or corrections.
- AFFINEX does not publicly guarantee a minimum or maximum payout unless stated in an individually approved partner agreement.
- AFFINEX may temporarily hold or withhold amounts reasonably connected to fraud, suspicious traffic, chargebacks, prohibited conduct, sanctions, unlawful marketing, payment manipulation or unresolved compliance concerns.
- Approved affiliates may receive a unique referral link, B-TAG and affiliate dashboard. Partners must use approved tracking tools correctly.
- If a legitimate referred player is not correctly attributed, the affiliate should contact AFFINEX promptly with evidence such as date/time, campaign source, screenshots, relevant B-TAG or referral-link details and other non-sensitive supporting information.
- AFFINEX may review attribution evidence and, where reasonably verified and technically possible, assist with correction. A claim deadline should be confirmed by counsel; a practical period such as 30 days from the relevant registration or deposit is recommended for reviewability.
- Dashboard data may include registered players, deposits, player winnings, player activity, player country, Net Revenue, commissions by player and historical earnings where connected.
- Reporting may update approximately every 24 hours and may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted or corrected.
- Temporary reporting discrepancies do not automatically create payment liability. Final verified platform records may take precedence.
- Demo dashboards, sample values and illustrative charts shown on public pages are not actual affiliate results and are not earnings guarantees.
- Affiliates must not target minors, legally ineligible persons, self-excluded or vulnerable persons where prohibited, or users in prohibited or restricted jurisdictions.
- Affiliates must not use misleading advertisements, fake testimonials, false earnings claims, false bonus claims, misleading withdrawal/legality/winning claims, spam, phishing, impersonation, bots, fraudulent traffic, unauthorized incentives or pressure tactics.
- Affiliates must not encourage irresponsible gambling, describe gambling as an investment or income solution, claim gambling guarantees profit, conceal material risks or misrepresent bonus terms.
- Affiliates must not engage in self-referrals where not permitted, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, chargeback abuse, payment manipulation, bonus abuse, security abuse or violations of platform rules.
- Affiliates must not present themselves as AFFINEX employees, casino employees or provider representatives unless expressly authorized.
- Unauthorized use of AFFINEX trademarks, casino/operator marks, game-provider logos, payment logos or third-party materials is prohibited.
- AFFINEX may provide approved Instagram graphics, stories, banners, promotional materials, campaign content, platform assets or bonus creatives.
- All intellectual property remains with AFFINEX or the relevant owner. Affiliates receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use approved materials for approved affiliate activity.
- Materials must not be altered in misleading, unlawful, non-compliant or reputationally harmful ways. AFFINEX may require removal or correction of marketing at any time.
- Affiliates remain responsible for ensuring their promotional activity complies with local gambling, advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, platform and social-media rules.
Gaming providers, game availability, payment methods, casino promotions, bonuses, currencies, technical features, market availability, access URLs and platform functionality are third-party or operator-dependent and may change without AFFINEX guaranteeing continued availability.
Affiliates must keep confidential any non-public information received through AFFINEX, including underlying casino/operator identity where applicable, internal commission agreements, dashboard information, strategy, private groups, internal communications, partner data, B-TAG information, commercial arrangements and internal documentation.
- Affiliates are responsible for protecting credentials, using appropriate security, complying with MFA requirements where applicable, keeping contact details current and reporting unauthorized access promptly.
- Accounts must not be shared, sold or used by unauthorized persons. Subject to mandatory law, AFFINEX is not responsible for losses caused by an affiliate negligently sharing credentials or failing to protect account access.
- AFFINEX may suspend, restrict or terminate an affiliate relationship for fraud, unlawful activity, material breach, prohibited advertising, security abuse, reputational risk, regulatory risk, false application information, manipulation, platform-rule violations, abusive conduct or other serious compliance concerns.
- After termination, accrued and verified commissions may be paid according to the applicable agreement, except amounts linked to fraud, unlawful conduct, chargebacks, abuse, non-compliant traffic, invalid activity or unresolved compliance holds may be withheld or adjusted where legally permissible.
AFFINEX does not guarantee income, profit, player numbers, deposits, revenue, future commission increases, approval, affiliate success or continued platform access. Past, sample, demo or example figures must not be treated as income guarantees.
- Subject to mandatory law, AFFINEX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, data loss, business interruption or losses caused by third-party casino outages, provider outages, reporting delays, payment-provider failures, cyber incidents, internet outages, platform technical errors, third-party changes or affiliate misconduct.
- Where legally enforceable, affiliates must indemnify AFFINEX against losses, claims, penalties, costs and expenses arising from the affiliate’s unlawful advertising, fraud, trademark misuse, misleading marketing, regulatory breaches, unauthorized representations or violation of these Terms.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or other mandatory non-excludable obligations.
The governing law, courts/forum, mediation or arbitration process and notice requirements should be finalized by counsel after confirming AFFINEX’s legal entity, operating location, target markets and regulatory posture. A reasonable escalation model is written notice, good-faith negotiation, optional mediation, then the courts or forum specified in the final contract.
