Privacy and data requests can be sent to partners@affinexnetwork.com. Requests should include the user’s name, email, relationship to AFFINEX, request type and enough information to verify identity without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
AFFINEX may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute or compliance purposes.
These documents should be reviewed by qualified counsel before AFFINEX relies on them for launch or partner onboarding.
